Behind every brand with soul, there is a person with a great vision. In the case of the NOAH brand, that visionary is Maribick Barbara Alonzo, a young woman with Latin blood, a European heart, and an unshakable belief in honest work. Passionate about Czech and Bavarian culture and cuisine, as well as Pilsen beer and traditional recipes, she decided to combine the best of Europe and Latin America into a unique project: NOAH – a universe of premium beer, artisanal sausages, and an unmistakable culinary style.

Barbara, originally from Venezuela, tasted her first original Pilsen beer in the Czech Republic and immediately knew that experience needed to be shared beyond European borders, all the way to Latin America. In the heart of Posázaví (Czech Republic), she discovered the picturesque family brewery Kácov, where beer has been brewed since 1457 following century-old recipes. With respect for tradition and a firm commitment to bringing quality to a broader audience, she began to write the history of the NOAH brand.

The flagship product of the brand is the original Pilsen beer, brewed with passion and following traditional recipes at the historic Kácov brewery. Thanks to carefully selected ingredients, pure water from the protected Posázaví region, high-quality Czech hops, and a traditional brewing method, a beer is created with intense flavor, golden color, and dense foam – a sensory experience for every lover of authentic beer.

But NOAH is not just premium beer. It is also a world of homemade sausages that continue the ancient artisanal tradition of Czech and German-Bavarian charcuterie. Our frankfurters, sausages, hams, and smoked meats are hand-crafted, emphasizing the quality of the meat, the use of natural spices, and a slow cold-smoking process. Each product undergoes strict quality control to ensure that only the best reaches your table: juicy, aromatic, and perfectly seasoned meats.
