NOAH Czech Republic represents the heart of the NOAH project: a source of authenticity, quality, and deeply rooted tradition. Our NOAH beer is brewed at the private Kácov Brewery, whose brewing history dates back to 1457, making it one of the most traditional brewing centers in the world.

The Czech Republic is globally recognized as a leader in premium beer production, and its Žatec hops are considered by experts as one of the highest quality varieties for brewing. The regions of the Czech Republic, Germany, and Austria have been the cradle of high artisan cuisine for centuries, known for the diversity and excellence of their products: from dozens of varieties of sausages, smoked meats, and hams to cured fish and other regional specialties.

NOAH is inspired by the rich legacy of our ancestors – fathers, grandfathers, and great-grandfathers – who passionately brewed exceptional beer and created a unique cuisine, which to this day is appreciated by lovers of honest, traditional, and high-quality food.
