NOAH VENEZUELA

NOAH Venezuela is a strategic project focused on introducing the NOAH brand to the Venezuelan market. In 2026, we plan to launch a network of NOAH restaurant franchises with mini-breweries in key cities like Caracas, Valencia, Lechería, La Guaira, Colonia Tovar, among others.

The core element of the project is the construction of an exclusive hotel resort in Colonia Tovar, which will not only offer luxurious accommodation in traditional houses with local architectural style, but also its own mini-brewery, a restaurant with classic German and Czech cuisine, and a craft plant for the production of sausages, including salchichas, chorizos, hams, salamis, and other specialties. The main attraction will be the NOAH Pilsner beer, brewed following the Czech brewing tradition.

The NOAH resort aims to become the largest and most exclusive complex of its kind in the region. It will feature more than 30 luxury homes in the Colonia Tovar style, a gourmet restaurant, wellness center, SPA, private jacuzzi in most villas, heated pool, a VIP area for demanding clients, and a unique space for modern glamping: camping in stylish tents with all the comforts.
