NOAH DOMINICANA

NOAH Dominicana is an ambitious gastronomic concept aimed at developing a network of restaurants and breweries under the NOAH brand throughout the Dominican Republic, with a primary focus on Las Terrenas, Santo Domingo, Santiago, and Cabarete.

We are currently in the preparation phase for the opening of our first flagship restaurant in the tourist destination of Las Terrenas, where we will begin offering authentic German and Czech cuisine by the end of 2025.

Our customers will be able to enjoy a wide variety of traditional specialties – from sausages, cured meats, hams, and smoked meats made artisanally, to our greatest treasure: the original Czech NOAH beer, brewed at the historic Kácov Brewery, whose tradition dates back to 1457.
